4 Large Online Auctions over a 20 months period in combination with Private Treaty Sales for the larger Production Lines.
EQUIPMENT :
Late Model CNC Sheetmetal- and Metalworking Machines: TRUMPF and RAS Laser Cutting & Punching Machines, Pressbrakes, Bending Centers, Shears, Stamping and Punch Presses, Sawing Machines, Welding Equipment and CNC Machining Centers.
TRANSACTION :
Scheltter Gmbh went through a Reorganization and entered into Insolvency Proceedings under Self-Administration. Meanwhile a new venture, called Schletter Solar GmbH was started to continue the activities.
HIGHLIGHT :
Hilco organized Private Treaty Sales and appointed NetBid, Germany´s largest Industrial Auctioneer, to hold 4 ONLINE AUCTION event. Some of the major machines were sold by Private Treaty. The machines were sold to buyers from all over Europe, India, Australia, Malaysia, USA and Canada.
CONCLUSION :
It took us 22 months to prepare, organize these Online Auctions and removal of all Equipment from the premises.
