BACKGROUND:

Inexa Profile, a Rolling Mill of Rail and Heavy Profiles with their own Meltshop, located at the SSAB Site in Lulea, Sweden.

TRANSACTION:

The Company entered into bankruptcy, the Receiver (Trustee) tried to sell the company as a going concern, no Buyer was found and we ended up acquiring all assets.

HIGHLIGHT:

We sold all assets in its entirety, a complete Melt-Shop and Rolling Mill, approx. 25.000 ton of equipment, located in 200.000 M² Buildings.

CONCLUSION:

After almost 2 years of dismantling the complete plant was moved to the Middle East and after a partly revamping operation, it manufactures Heavy Profiles and Rail for the Middle Eastern markets.
