Ingrid Helsloot has over 25 years experience in selling equipment for international companies and in turning around defunct businesses.
After living in Tokyo (Japan) Ingrid Helsloot worked as a Sales Executive for “Ricoh Europe”, the Japanese producer of office machines and thermal paper, her sales area was West Europe. In 1989 Ingrid started to work for “Fairfield Industries B.V.”, as a Salesexecutive for surplus capital assets. In 1990 she became a Director of “Somé-Lights B.V.”, manufacturer of candles, which was in bankruptcy proceedings, at that time. Ingrid worked there for about 7 years and reorganized the company into a 2 shift production facility. After that she went back to work for “Fairfield Industries B.V.” and was responsible for the “International Private Treaty Sales” department.

In 2000 F.I. was the first company in Europe taken over by DOVEBID Inc., a US based valuation and auction company and in addition to her job as Salesmanager she was also involved with the organization, setting up new procedures, as well as integrating the various activities. Ingrid became also the main auctioneer on the European Continent. In 2002 she left Dovebid to set up C.B.I.(Core Business Industries) B.V. together with Robert Bouland.
In 2014 Hilco Industrial LLC and CBI formed a new venture called Hilco Industrial Acquisitions BV (Amsterdam) to buy distressed industrial assets, liquidate those which are no longer needed and continue the lucrative operations’ going concerns to companies or investors and redevelop Industrial Real Estate.
